The return did go through in the end, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I had to follow up a couple of times about my refund, and the process felt a little slow and not super clear. It would be nice if the updates were more straightforward.

It’s been helping with my dog’s mess and makes the smell a lot less noticeable. Not perfect, but it does decent job so far.

I tried using the site, but it was more annoying than anything. The pages felt cluttered, and I had to keep clicking around just to find basic stuff. A few buttons weren’t clear at all, which kind of makes it feel like the user experience wasn’t much of a priority. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I got frustrated quickly and ended up giving up.

I bought this hoping it would take care of the muddy paw prints on my rug, but it barely did anything. I followed the instructions, waited the full time like it said, and there’s still a big obvious mark sitting there. The only thing is the price, I did have that little moment of, hmm, this is kind of expensive. But for the peace of mind with my dog, I’m still glad I bought it.

I ordered this hoodie for my pup and followed the size chart, but it still ended up being too tight around his chest. The length seemed fine, so maybe I measured wrong or just misunderstood the chart, but the overall fit felt a little odd.
The quality itself seemed decent, which made it more disappointing. I keep wondering if it would work better on a different body shape, but for my dog it just wasn’t really usable.

There seem to be a lot of fillers and random stuff I don’t really want to feed him every day. I also wish it was clearer what the brand is doing about it, if anything — like are they improving the formula, or is this just how it is? The next steps aren’t very clear, so for now I probably won’t buy it again unless the ingredients get cleaned up
